Just do it better - this thought was at the beginning of the founding of ahc. The enthusiasm for good project management and the idea of making a contribution to society were the most important founding impulses for Sophia Hatzelmann and Stefan Albert. This also includes ensuring a high level of qualification among employees and paying attention to employees as people. Both are deeply anchored in ahc's DNA. In addition, it was important to Sophia Hatzelmann and Stefan Albert to take on the really exciting projects - and they succeeded. In 2007, the two founders fulfilled this dream and are now working with over 60 employees to continue their vision.
