It takes a great team to realise large, complex projects. Our consultants are distinguished by their technical, economic and systemic knowledge. Our way of working is supportive, appreciative and open. We operate internationally and interdisciplinarily and have a high level of technical expertise. Our internal mentoring programme, comprehensive training measures and flat hierarchies are reasons for our success. At ahc, we focus on working together, both with our clients and as a team.

After many years in project management positions, Sophia Hatzelmann and Stefan Albert founded ahc GmbH in 2007 with the aim of offering technically demanding project management. From the beginning, a balanced mix of technical and methodological knowledge was particularly important to them. Today, ahc GmbH offers a diverse project management portfolio with over 60 employees.

Our employees are not only highly trained and qualified, they also enjoy their work. Thanks to this combination, we drive our clients' projects forward together and ensure long-term, trusting cooperation. Our clients appreciate the sustainable advice we provide and have repeatedly entrusted us with the responsibility for extensive investment and development projects for many years.

Sophia Hatzelmann


Sophia Hatzelmann is a true multi-talent. After completing her international degrees in electrical engineering, economics and humanities, she gained an excellent reputation as a project manager for large-scale projects in automotive development.  She is an expert in leading highly complex projects out of crisis situations and getting them back on track. Since 2017, she has been an Industry 4.0 Scout for the state of Baden-Württemberg and in July 2020, she was elected to the plenary assembly of the Stuttgart Chamber of Industry and Commerce. For her professional achievements and her extraordinary commitment to women in industry and STEM professions, she was awarded the Engineer Powerwoman Award by Hannovermesse.

Stefan Albert


The industrial engineer is a proven expert in project and quality management. As a project manager and consultant, he has accompanied significant developments in the automotive industry in recent years. As an interim manager, Stefan Albert regularly supervises various major projects in the supplier and automotive industries. He also shares his extensive knowledge as a lecturer at the Esslingen University of Applied Sciences and trainer for project management training (IPMA).

Erik Töpfer, a graduate engineer in international product management, is responsible for the Automotive and Industry division at ahc GmbH. Previously, he worked in customer management for many years. He also worked for a longer period as head of quality and has knowledge of various development processes in the automotive industry.

Marissa Singer

Vice President Construction

Marissa Singer leads the Construction division together with Marco Sweston. With her degree in technical business administration - focus on the automotive industry and her many years of experience in plant and factory planning, she looks at projects from different angles and thus provides solution-oriented support for optimisation. She is also your consultant for projects and processes in production planning.
